Rhulani Foundation is a South African non-profit organisation committed to promoting mental wellbeing and meaningful career development—especially in communities where such support is often out of reach. Founded by women with a passion for healing and empowerment, the Foundation was born out of a deep desire to respond to the growing mental health crisis and high unemployment rates affecting youth and adults alike. We offer integrated services including mental health counselling, psychosocial support, mentorship, skills training, and career guidance. By working closely with schools, workplaces, and community structures, we provide safe spaces for healing, growth, and opportunity. At the heart of our work are the values of dignity, inclusion, empowerment, integrity, and resilience. We believe that everyone deserves the tools to thrive—mentally, emotionally, and economically.

"My son was always quiet and withdrawn. After the school sessions, he opened up for the first time in months. I just want to say thank you to the team. You’re doing amazing work."
"We had a workshop at our church, and it opened my eyes. I used to think mental health is for 'other people', but now I see how it affects all of us. Big up to Rhulani Foundation."
